Hi everyone,

I’m renting out my fully furnished, recently renovated room temporarily from 15.11.2024 to 28.02.2025. The room is spacious with high ceilings, wooden floors, and comes with a comfortable 210cm x 160cm mattress, a table, couch & wardrobe. You'll also have access to a private balcony. The apartment has a rain shower in the bathroom, a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen, and all the essentials you need. Rent is €875/month (all costs included) + 1 month deposit.

The apartment is located in Schillerkiez, Neukölln, right next to Tempelhofer Feld, in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. It's just a 7-minute walk from U/S-Bahn Hermannstraße (U8, S41, S42, etc), with great connections to the rest of the city and the airport. The street is very peaceful and quiet at night, offering the perfect balance of being close to everything while still being a calm place to live.

You’ll be living in a 2-person WG with my roommate Pawel, who works in IT and is very laidback. We don’t have a super personal connection, so the relationship is functional but friendly. He’s very clean, and we value cleanliness in common areas (kitchen and bathroom). Pawel is sometimes away traveling, so you'll have the apartment to yourself during these times. This is not a party WG, and a meeting with Pawel will be required before moving in.
