Hi!
Offering a cosy room to the backyard in a very central area of Neukölln
for one month, maybe longer if it suit us. I will swap the flat in the longterm
so i can live alone.
The room is equipped with a quality sleeping couch wich has a dedicated matress to it. (See Pictures)
The flat is a little bit differently furnished now than in the pics (Tbh its pretty much the same just with no plants)
Im Lucy, im a Trans Woman and im looking for someone queerfriendly.
Also im ideally looking for someone quiet with a somewhat conservative sleeping cycle
since the flat isnt super isolated acoustically and the somewhat difficult neighbor sleeps
under that room. (im a bit of a night owl)
The flat has a dish washer, washing mashine and bathtub.
Occasional cigarettes can be smoked in the kitchen, but if you smoke a lot
it might not be a great match since im kinda asthmatic.
theres a cute little backyard wich is shared across the houses of the block.
Rewe Lidl Aldi Roßman and Dm are closeby, as well as a cute park and
yeah, everything you need really.
