Moin :) Das Zimmer ist am Rückseite der Wohnung. Es entsteht die Möglichkeit eigene Möbelstücke abzukaufen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze Neukölln-Kreuzberg, direkt um die Ecke vom schönen Maybachufer - mit einem Wochenmarkt zweimal die Woche und ein Flohmarkt alle zwei Wochen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafes, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bars, Vintage Läden usw. Guck mal bei Google Maps ;)
Für ÖPNV is die U-Bahn Schönleinstr (U8) 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Ich suche nach 2 Personen, die mit mir einen Raum schaffen, in dem wir respektvoll in entspannter Atmosphäre ein neues Zuhase gründen. Du solltest ein Grundverständnis von Ordnung mitbringen, sodass sich alle in der Wohnung in den gemeinsamen Räumen wohlfühlen und diese zu jederzeit uneingeschränkt nutzen können. Ansonsten schätze ich ein Zusammenleben, in dem man sich gelegentlich zu einem Kaffee in der Küche trifft oder hier und da auf ein Getränk der Nachbarschaft ausgeht. In der Wohnung werden tatsächlich zwei Zimmer frei sein - das Bild zeigt das kleinere, das andere ist 21m² groß.
