Das Zimmer hat in etwa 22 qm und hat zur Westseite zwei große Fenster und bekommt daher nachmittags und abends viel direktes Sonnenlicht. Die Wohnung selber ist an die 100qm groß und besteht aus 3,5 Zimmern. Das Zimmer wäre teilweise möbliert, weil mein Mitbewohner nach den 8 Monaten zurückkommt. Falls die Teilmöblierung aber ein Problem ist, können wir die paar Sachen auch in den Keller stellen. Das kann bei Bedarf alles nochmal abgequatscht werden.
The room is around 22 sqm, with two large west-facing windows that bring in plenty of direct sunlight in the afternoons and evenings. The apartment itself is about 100 sqm and has 3.5 rooms. The room would come partially furnished, as my flatmate will be returning after 8 months. But if the furniture is an issue, we can always move it to the basement. Everything can be sorted out as needed, so feel free to let me know!
Die Wohnung liegt grade am Übergang zwischen Neukölln und Britz und dementsprechend sehr gut angebunden. Im Radius von 10-Minuten Laufweg ist man an der S+U Hermannstr. und an der U Grenzallee. Ringbahn, U7 und U8 sind also sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich, z.B. im Hermannquartier (Netto und Rewe) oder beim Edeka direkt am Britzer Damm.
The apartment is located right at the transition between Neukölln and Britz and is therefore very well connected. Within a 10-minute walking radius, you can reach the S+U Hermannstraße and the U Grenzallee. The Ringbahn, U7, and U8 are very easily accessible. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities, for example, in the Hermannquartier or at the Edeka directly on Britzer Damm.
Leider ziehen meine beiden Mitbewohner (vorübergehend) aus und deshalb bin ich (Jon) der Letzte, der von der alten Besetzung noch in der Wohnung übrig bleibt. Ab Dezember wird auch das dritte Zimmer frei, da steht aber noch nicht fest wer einzieht, weil ich das Zimmer erstmal für direkte friends reservieren wollte, deshalb bin fest erstmal nur ich da. Kurz über mich: ich bin in den letzten Zügen meines Studiums und arbeite noch nebenbei, dementsprechend hat sich das WG-Leben sehr unterschiedlich gestaltet, je nachdem wieviel Zeit wir alle hatten. Wir sind aber gut befreundet und haben immer gerne abgehangen, wenn es sich ergeben hat, jedoch war auch immer Raum dafür einfach mal sein eigenes Ding zu machen.
Since both of my roommates are (temporarily) moving out, I (Jon) am the last one left from the original crew. Starting in December, the third room will also be free, though I haven’t decided yet who’ll be moving in since I’m keeping it open for close friends for now—so for the time being, it’ll just be me here. A little about myself: I’m in the final stages of my studies and working part-time, so our shared flat life has always adapted to how much time each of us had. We’re good friends and always enjoyed hanging out when it worked out, but there was also plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing.
Insgesamt suchen wir nach einer zuverlässigen Person, mit der ein entspanntes Zusammenleben klappt, in dem sich alle wohl fühlen. Die Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind nicht in Stein gemeißelt und können auch nochmal besprochen werden :)

Overall, we are looking for a reliable person with whom a relaxed temporary living arrangement works, where everyone feels comfortablet. The move-in and move-out dates are not set in stone and can be talked about if needed :)
