Spacious room in a 3 person WG. The room is fully furnished and designed to offer some division between sleeping area, lounging area, and work area (if you work/study from home). The windows wrapped around the room provides natural sunlight from sunrise to sunset to help beat the winter blues.

The 194 bus is right outside the front door and will take you either to the nearest sbahn (Treptower Park & Ostkreuz) or the nearest ubahn (Hermannplatz). Maybuchufer/Paul-Lincke Ufer/Kiehlufer meet directly below our flat and you have a view of the canal from the window. The flat is tucked away from busy streets so its very quiet in the evenings but close enough to bars/cafe/nightlife either on foot or public transportation.

We’re polite, friendly, and respectful. We enjoy catching up after long days but also value time to ourselves to unwind with our hobbies. Cleanliness is important (as it is in any flatshare), so we follow a simple weekly cleaning routine. The building is mostly home to families, with a Kita on the ground floor, so naturally, this is not a party WG. We’re looking for someone who can be respectful of that.
