Two big fully furnished cosy rooms in the heart of Neukölln to rent for December/January. The rooms come with all the furniture pictured (including the TV). I will clear out the majority of my things for the sublet period so you can feel at home. There is also a giant private balcony with the room, that is the length of both rooms. Please note the living room is rented privately with the bedroom, that means you have exclusive private use of both rooms pictured (and will share only the bathroom and kitchen).
In the rest of the WG, you have a nice fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a bathroom with a giant corner bath/shower and washing machine.
The WG is quiet. relaxed and clean. Searching for someone who can fit comfortably into this vibe for a couple of months. Due to being very short term, Anmeldung is not possible. The location is great, only 300m from S+U Neukölln with plenty of amenities right on the doorstep.
