We are looking for a new roommate in our three people flat share. From December 10th to March 1st, with the possibility of a long-term stay.
Anmeldung isn't available initially, but might be in the future. The rent is €320 for December and €420 for January (plus a one-month deposit).
The room is unfurnished, but you can purchase the bed and mattress for €150.
About us:
koa/turbo (all pronouns) is 25 years old, grew up in germany and likes making music, going out to dance. After finishing their bachelor in philosophy, they have come to berlin to study biology at fu. they work at a little bookstore in reuterkiez and get up really early most of the time.
About the flat:
It's a big and sunny flat in a courtyard, so it's very quiet, despite being in the center of a busy neighbourhood. We have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and one separate toilet. There is a living room and a kitchen with appliances (no dishwasher though). There are some issues with the flat, and it's hard to get the landlord to take care of them. For example, if you have a zero tolerance policy for mold, winters might be hard for you here. But it's a very beautiful place to live with two very sweet people.
It's important to divide cleaning and housework equally, and also to be mindful of each other's needs.
Please introduce yourself properly and write some stuff on how you like to live, spend your time, interests and that.
