Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 6 Zimmer, ca 160 qm und ist im 1.OG, sanierter Altbau ca 1900
Ein Zimmer ist zurzeit eine eine peruanische Doktorandin untervermietet
- die Lage der Wohnung ist in Rixdorf direkt am Richardplatz
- der Richardplatz ist durch den kiezblock verkehrsberuhigt
- sehr gute gute Infrastruktur S-Bahn und U-Bahn ca 5 Minuten, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
- Bars und Restaurants
- Tempelhofer Feld und Körner Park in der Nähe
Da meine langjährige Mitbewohnerin auszieht, weil sie gerne alleine wohnen möchte würde ich gerne eine neue
3-4 Frauen/Lesben/non binäre WG gründen. Es sollte keine Zweck WG sein, Austausch und mal ein gemeinsames Essen sollten möglich sein. Ökologisches Bewusstsein bezüglich Strom, Wasser, Heizung etc sollte vorhanden sein.
Das Haus hat eine gute Hausgemeinschaft.
