Hi I a renting my room in a 3 bedroom apartment.
The room is nice, cosy and very bright (as bright as in can be on the Berlin winter) it is full of plants and i would love if you could take care of them!
There is a comfy bed with a nice queen size blanket and couch.
We are living in a tower complex surrounded by greenery. the area is very quite and perfect if you like to go for a run or a bike ride in the forest.
The apartment is 8min walking from the bus M41 going to Sonnenallee, Hermannplatz and Hauptbahnof working all night long.
The closest sban is Kollnische Heide also 8min walking. here you can take the S45 S46 and S47 that will bring you to the Ring Bahn in one stop.
You can also walk 15min to sonnenallee and catch the Ring bahn there.
You will be 10min walking from all utilities (EDEKA, ALDI, ROSSMAHN, Spatti, post office, backerei and Kebab places).
i am living with two other roommates :
Sofia who will be gone for most of January is a DJ and producer. she is very social and like to spend some time in the apartment and share moment the the rest of the household.
And Charli who also work a lot and is in and out of the apartment.
Generally we like to spend some time together in the living room watching a movie or for a drink. the kitchen is furnish with all the commodities (pan, pot, oven, washing machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker,boiler...)
the bathroom is newly renovated with a bathtube>
We are looking for someone calm and clean who could stay for all the duration of my leave.
Someone who can take care of my plants (it doesn't need a lot just to be watered every two weeks!)
The appartment is QUEER friendly!
