Hello,
For rent is one nice room in the heart of Neukölln (only for one person, no couples). It’s a calm, cozy home and a pretty quiet flat. Its a place where we enjoy to disconnect from the noisy city. It’s a Hinterhaus and the room is really bright. We like it clean and in order, and there is a cleaning plan which basically swaps every week. As we have lived here for years, we have a nice and respectful relationship with our neighbors, which we enjoy a lot. If you are looking for a party flat or an after-party location, this flat is not what you are looking for. ;) Apart from this, it’s a normal, pretty flat in Neukölln with all the amazing benefits of this location, as you probably know.

The flat is located next to Hertzbergplatz (Neukölln), close to the canal and S-Sonnenallee. In total, the flat has three rooms and is more of a quiet and cozy flat. There’s a big kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a huge living room with a couch, one room for your flatmate (a close friend of mine, 27 y.o.), and your room.
Price all included: 650€ rent per month, which has to be paid by the first of every month via bank transfer. There is a 650€ deposit, which has to be paid before, just to make us both feel safe and to avoid a last-minute cancellation. If you have to leave earlier I have to keep the deposit. l Unfortunately, there is no Anmeldung possible.
