The WG is 106 sqm, fully furnished with heating, electricity, internet, and dishwasher, and is also wheelchair accessible. You will share the apartment with an Irish girl and a French guy, both working professionals.
The room has a balcony overlooking the Landwehrkanal. The apartment is next to three supermarkets: Lidl, Aldi, and Edeka. It is in a beautiful location with lots of cafés and food options in the bustling neighborhood of Kreuzkölln, with public transport just minutes away by foot.
The room is 600€ for the entire time and a security deposit of 700€. The apartment is in great condition and can offer you a visit or a video tour. I will require proper documentation such as a valid visa and proof of income.

Es hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit vielen Cafés und gastronomischen Einrichtungen im belebten Viertel Kreuzkölln und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Zimmerpreis beträgt 600€ für die gesamte Zeit und eine Kaution von 700€. Die Wohnung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und bietet Ihnen eine Besichtigung oder eine Videotour an. Ich benötige ordnungsgemäße Unterlagen wie ein gültiges Visum und einen Einkommensnachweis.
