aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Absage suche ich eine*n zuverlässige*n und ruhige*n Untermieter*in (es ist auch für ein Paar geeignet) für 2 Zimmer in meiner 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Sonnenallee in Berlin Neukölln (5 zu Fuß / 1 min Bus vom Hermannplatz):

Untervermietung:
1 Schlafzimmer + 1 Wohnzimmer/Studio [können nur zusammen gemietet werden]
zusammen für 580 Euro/Monat* insgesamt (inkl. Nebenkosten etc.) + Kaution.
(*reduzierte Untervermietungsmiete, günstiger als die eigentliche Miete).
in der Sonnenallee in der Nähe der Pannierstr. (5 Min. zu Fuß / 1 min Bus vom Hermannplatz)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau, 3. Stock, kein Aufzug; hohe Decken, große Fenster (Doppelverglasung), Holzfußboden.
Es handelt sich um eine Vierzimmerwohnung, die mit einer Mitbewohnerin (PoC Frau, ruhig, freundlich und respektvoll) geteilt wird, die die anderen beiden Zimmer in der WG hat.

Vorrang für BIPoC, FINTA*, queere Leute. Bitte nur pro-Palästina Leute.

Das „Studiozimmer“ kann als Home-Office, Kunst- oder Musikstudio genutzt werden, aber auch einfach als Wohnzimmer. Es hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Sonnenallee. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass man keine Straßengeräusche hört.

Ich liebe meine Nachbarschaft und die lokale Community wirklich sehr, und es ist meiner Mitbewohnerin und mir wichtig, dass die*der Untermieter*in jemand die Nachbarschaft auch zu schätzen weiß.

Im Arbeitszimmer steht ein großes Bücherregal mit vielen Büchern (hauptsächlich Literatur, kritische Theorie, Kulturwissenschaften, Kunst ...), aus dem gerne Bücher ausleihen werden können.

due to a last-minute cancellation I am looking for a reliable and calm subletter (it's also suitable for a couple) for 2 rooms in my 4-room apartment on Sonnenalle in Berlin Neukölln (5 min walk from Hermannplatz):

Sublet available :
1 bedroom + 1 living room/studio room [can only be rented together]
together for 580 eur/month* total (incl. bills etc) + deposit required.
(*reduced sublet rent, cheaper than the actual rent).

The apartment is in an Altbau, 3rd floor, no elevator; high ceilings, big windows (double-glazed), wood floor.
It's a four-room apartment, shared with 1 housemate (PoC East Asian woman, calm, friendly, and respectful) who has the other 2 rooms in the shared apartment.

Priority to BIPoC, FINTA*, queer folks. Only pro-Palestine people please.

The "studio room' can be used as a home office, art or music studio but it can also be simply used as a living room. It has a balcony that overlooks Sonnenallee. The bedroom faces to the back, to the courtyard, so you don't hear any street noises.
I really love my neighbourhood and the local community, and it's important to my housemate and I that the subletter be someone who also appreciates it.
There's a huge bookshelf in the studio room with lots of books (mostly literature, critical theory, cultural studies, art..) that you're are welcome to borrow books from.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der schönen Sonnenallee, Nähe Pannierstr. Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Tür, bzw. auf der anderen Straßenseite; zum U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz sind es 5 Min zu Fuß. Die Sonnenallee ist sehr lebhaft, die Nachbar*innen super nett, eine richtige Nachbarschaft (sehr migrantisch geprägt, deswegen gehört anti-Rasssimus zu den Grundwerten unserer WG.)

The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Sonnenallee, near Pannierstr. The bus stop is practically right outside the door, or on the other side of the street; it's a 5-minute walk to Hermannplatz subway station. Sonnenallee is very lively, the neighbours are super nice, a real neighborhood (most of my neighbours are migrants or children of migrants, therefore anti-racism is one of the core values of our shared flat).

Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine junge Frau aus Japan, super nett, ruhig, arbeitet viel draußen. Ich arbeite auch sehr viel, deswegen ist unsere WG nicht ein, in der wir alles zusammen machen und viel zusammen kochen oder so (leider – wir würden es gerne aber sind zu busy) doch es gibt immer nette Unterhaltungen oder mal einen Tee zusammen, hin und wieder unternehmen wir auch was zusammen; so wird es wohl auch für die*den Untermieter*in sein.

My flatmate is a young woman from Japan, super nice, quiet&calm, works outside a lot. I also work a lot, so our shared flat is not one where we do everything together and cook a lot together or anything (unfortunately – we would love to but have been too busy recently) but we always have nice chats or a cup of tea together, every now and then we do something together; it will probably be the same for the subtenant.
