I would like to rent out my beautiful, quiet, light-filled, 20 m² room for 5 weeks (please check the exact dates)
The period mentioned is available, but I am flexible.
You will have a roommate, my dearest friend Giuly from Argentina ans i will at home for a couple of nights but will also mostly gone to visit friends and family all over germany.
A few important points that are very important to me:
You should not eat or prepare meat in the apartment.
Our apartment is an oasis of peace and retreat, so we are looking for someone who is also calm and appreciates this.
Location:
The location of the apartment is perfect and super central!
It is located directly at the Leinestraße U-Bahn station, and the Hermannstraße Ringbahn station is also only a 5-8 minute walk away. The Schillerkiez and the popular Tempelhofer Feld are in the immediate vicinity. It takes exactly 15 minutes by train to get to Alexanderplatz/Mitte.
Our neighborhood has many bars, small cafes, restaurants, and galleries inviting you to stroll and linger.
Directly downstairs in the building, there is a Bio Company and many other shopping options are in the immediate vicinity (there is an Aldi directly across the street).
