The room is a nice, cosy room with large windows. It is 22 square metres and has a bed, a wardrobe, a couch and a desk with chair (if you want you can bring your own furniture). It has a nice floor and faces the street, which is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped, has a dishwasher and there is also a washing machine :)
Das Zimmer ist ein schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit großen Fenstern. Es ist 22qm groß und hat ein Bett, einen Schrank, eine couch und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl (wenn du willst kannst du auch deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen). Es hat einen schönen Boden und liegt zur Straße, die aber sehr ruhig ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine Spülmaschine und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine :)
The flat is located almost directly on Richardplatz and is a 5-minute walk from the Neukölln S-Bahn/U-Bahn, where the U7 and Ringbahn lines run. A supermarket is only a few minutes away and there are many good places to eat. Cute bars are also not far away.
Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt am Richardplatz und ist 5 min zu fuß von S/U Bahn Neukölln entfernt und dort fährt die U7 und Ringbahn. Ein Supermarkt ist nur ein paar min entfernt und es gibt viele gute Möglichkeiten um essen zu gehen. Auch cute bars sind nicht weit weg.
It's very important to me that everyone is considerate of the other flatmates so that everyone can feel comfortable. We don't have to sit together in the kitchen and talk every evening, but I think it would be cool if we got on and didn't live completely at cross purposes. Even if it's only two months :))
A few words about me so that you know who you would be living with. :) I'm Paul (he/him) 24 and I study musicology and also make music myself. Apart from that I like to hang out with friends and do whatever I feel like, watch films, read or work.
Mir ist es sehr wichtig das alle auf die anderen Mitbewohnis Rücksicht nehmen und sich so jede Person wohl fühlen kann. Wir müssen nicht jeden Tag miteinander abends in der Küche sitzen und reden aber ich fänd es schon cool wenn man sich versteht und wir nicht komplett aneinander vorbei leben. Auch wenns nur zwei Monate sind :))
Noch ein paar Worte zu mir damit du weißt mit wem du wohnen würdest. :) Ich bin Paul (er/ihm) 24 und studiere Musikwissenschaften und mach auch selbst Musik. Ansonsten bin ich gern mit Friends und mach irgendwas worauf ich grad lust hab, guck Filme lese oder arbeite.
