Das Zimmer ist möbliert und besticht durch hohe Decken, abgeschliffene Dielen und einen eigenen Balkon. Durch die große Fensterfront fällt viel Licht ein, und abends kannst du vom Balkon aus den Sonnenuntergang perfekt genießen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine sowie eine praktische Abstellkammer. Dort findest du Platz für zusätzliche Aufbewahrung, Putzmittel, eine Waschmaschine und einen Staubsauger.

Die Lage ist top! Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Kanal (Kiehlufer). Edeka und Netto direkt nebenan, die Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre. (171, M43, 166)
Zum Treptower Park sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 mit dem Rad. Die Sonnenallee und Rathaus Neukölln sind ebenfalls um die Ecke mit unzähligen Essensmöglichkeiten und Cafés. Die meisten Ecken in Friedrichshain und Kreuzberg erreicht man in 15-20 Minuten mit dem Rad.
Die Lage ist die perfekte Kombination aus "ganz nah am Geschehen" (Dreiländereck, Maybachufer, Reuterkiez) & schnell draußen in der Natur (Plänterwald, Insel der Jugend).

Ich bin Andreea, 29 Jahre alt, ursprünglich aus Rumänien und seit einigen Jahren international unterwegs. Ich habe in den letzten 10 Jahren in 5 verschiedenen Länder gelebt und schon in den unterschiedlichsten WG-Konstellationen gelebt.

Beruflich: Ich bin Masterstudentin Architektur an der TU Berlin und arbeite derzeit an meiner Abschlussarbeit. Mein Schwerpunkt liegt auf feministischer und humanitärer Architektur – ein Thema, das mir besonders am Herzen liegt.
Privat: Ich bin eine offene, freundliche und kreative Person, die gerne in entspannter Atmosphäre wohnt. Neben meiner Leidenschaft für Architektur tanze ich in meiner Freizeit (besonders Heels und Salsa), mache Aerial Yoga und Acro Yoga oder handwerkliche Projekte.

Meine Vorstellung von der WG:
Ich suche eine Person, die sowohl gerne Zeit zusammen verbringt, z. B. beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Reden oder Filme schauen, als auch respektiert, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. Mir ist ein sauberes und harmonisches Miteinander wichtig – kein Putzplan-Overload, aber auch kein Chaos.

The room is furnished and features high ceilings, polished wooden floors, and its own balcony. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and in the evenings, you can enjoy stunning sunsets from the balcony.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a practical storage room. The storage space is perfect for additional items, cleaning supplies, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.

The location is fantastic! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the canal (Kiehlufer). Edeka and Netto are right next door, and the bus stop is just outside the door (171, M43, 166).
Treptower Park is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away. Sonnenallee and Rathaus Neukölln are also nearby, offering countless dining options and cafés. Most places in Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg can be reached within 15-20 minutes by bike.

About me:
I’m Andreea, 29 years old, originally from Romania, and have been living internationally for several years. Over the past 10 years, I’ve lived in 5 different countries and experienced a variety of shared living arrangements.

Professionally:
I’m a Master’s student in Architecture at the Technical University of Berlin, currently working on my thesis. My focus is on feminist and humanitarian architecture – a topic that is especially important to me.

Personally:
I’m an open, friendly, and creative person who enjoys living in a relaxed atmosphere. Outside of my passion for architecture, I love dancing (especially Heels and Salsa), Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga, and working on creative craft projects.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:
I’m looking for someone who enjoys spending time together, like cooking, chatting, or watching movies, but also respects the need for personal space. A clean and harmonious shared living environment is very important to me – not overly strict with cleaning schedules, but definitely no chaos.
