Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner gemütlichen WG im Schillerkiez. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet (also denkt euch die Möbel auf dem Bild weg
.. Falls ihr aber lieber möbliert hättet,, könnte ich auch eine Kommode und einen kleinen Tisch und Stuhl drinlassen :)), und ich suche jemanden für längerfristig oder auch nur für ein paar Monate, zeitlich flexibel, bleiben möchte. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Wohung besteht aus meinem Zimmer, deinem Zimmer, Küche und Bad (Waschmaschine und Badewanne vorhanden;)). Sie ist ruhig gelegen im 2. Stock im Hinterhaus in einem Altbau. Der Preis 700/Monat enthält alles (WIFI, Strom, etc etc)

Ich bin Sim, 31, und bin im NGO Bereich tätig. Ich sehe die Wohnung als Rückzugsort an - mag es aber natürlich, wenn man sich gut versteht, und je nach dem wie es passt auch mal was zusammen unternimmt.

Für alles andere denk ich immer, es ist besser sich kurz mal kennen zu lernen und sich zu beschnuppern. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort beziehbar.

Meldet euch gern, aber bitte ohne social media, da ich so offline lebe wie möglich :) Und erwähnt gern kurz, dass ihr keine Anmeldung benötigt, und für welchen Zeitraum ihr sucht, damit ich weiß, dass ihr das hier gelesen habt :)

I'm renting out a room in my cosy shared flat in the Schillerkiez. The room is rented unfurnished (so think of the furniture in the picture;)), and I am looking for someone who would like to stay either longer term or shorter terms but at least a couple months. Registration is unfortunately not possible. The flat consists of my room, your room, kitchen and bathroom (washing machine and bathtub available;)). It is quietly located on the 2nd floor in the back of an old building. The price 700/month includes everything (WIFI, electricity, etc etc).

I am Sim, 31, and work in the NGO sector. I see the flat as a retreat - but of course I like it if you get along well and do things together, depending on how it suits you.

For everything else, I always think it's better to get to know each other briefly and get to know each other. The room is available immediately.
