Ich suche jemanden idealerweise von Mitte Januar (oder früher) bis März, mein zweites Schlafzimmer in meine Wohnung Untermieter, da eine neue Mitbewohnerin erst im März einzieht.
Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, ein Tisch, 2 Regale und ein Stuhl, also alles was man so braucht. Falls du eigens Zeug mitbringen willst ist dafür noch Platz! Küche und Bad sind vollkommen ausgestattet.
Ich bin oft unterwegs und viel beschäftigt, deswegen wird es eher auf ein Zweck WG Verhältnis hinauslaufen, in unbedacht de kurzen Mietdauer. Aber über ein Gespräch im Flur hab ich auch nichts.

Ich habe zwei Jobs und ein reges Privat Leben deswegen wird es eher Zweck mäßig sein. Mir ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit etwas wichtig aber ich bin nicht zwanghaft und brauche keine klinische Sauberkeit.
