Looking for a part-time/full-time working woman over 25 years old to sublet my fully furnished room in a cozy WG while I’m away for archival research. This is ideal for someone seeking a quiet, respectful environment in a good connected location.

Fully furnished, including TV and record player. Sunny side, windows to the inner courtyard.
A fully equipped and functional kitchen.
The room has direct access to the common bathroom (shared with one other person). The WC is in a separate room connected to the common area.

Flatmate:
You’ll share the flat with a Ukrainian art curator. She is very friendly and polite but prefers to have her own space. While there’s no expectation of regular common activities, you can always rely on respectful and open communication. Languages in the WG are English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Located on Sonnenallee, 1 minute away from Rixdorf - Böhmisches Dorf, a nice place for a walk, also cool bars and restaurants. 2 minutes away from Weserstr. -- also cool bars and restaurants. Very close (3 min) to S-Bahn Sonnenallee. It is a safe and nice part of the neighborhood, also close enough to the Landwehrkanal and Treptower Park, if you like jogging or working out outside.
