Mein Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon, mit wunderschöner Sicht ins grüne und hat gute 20qm.
Schillerkiez, neukölln.
3 mins zur U8. 8 mins zur ringbahn.
Direkt am Tempelhofer feld und der Körnerpark sowie alles was man im leben braucht ist direkt um die ecke.
Mein Zimmer ist im März für 3.5 Wochen frei.
Meine WG ist super gemütlich & meine Mitbewohnis die besten. Du wirst dich auch in so kurzer zeit pudelwohl fühlen :)
3 von uns sind im Arbeitsleben und allgemein sind wir aber definitiv keine WG, in der after hours geschmissen werden oder Hauspartys.
Freunde und freundinnen sind aber immer gerne gesehen bei uns. Es is sehr herzlich, transparent und wertschätzend bei uns.
Das Zimmer kostet eigentlich 650€. Da ich aber nur 3.5 wochen weg bin und keinen ganzen Monat, will ich den Preis auf 500€ senken :)
