Hello all!
I am subletting my room for 5 weeks from March 2nd until April 6th as i will be travelling. Suitable for creatives and new comers or someone who is actively searching for something more permanent elsewhere. Preferably no party people or someone who wants to use the space as a pitstop. You would need to respect my two lovely roommates by following some simple rules.
Location:
2 minute walk to Sonnenallee Sbahn and 1 minute walk to the M41. 2 min walk to Lidl and Netto. Lots of Cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.
The room:
The room is fairly spacious. With a double bed and a pull out couch. Suitable for couples and creatives. There is a drum kit, bass and guitar that would be useable during the stay (dependant on a deposit). Also have a full setup for recording if needed. Painting, sewing and creating is all cool with me once everything is left the way if was found. No noise after 10pm (talking and watching movies etc is okay)
Common areas:
We have a kitchen and 1 bathroom that can be used by you. All we ask is that you leave them the way you found them! :)
