One housemate: a Brexit escapee, 42. LGBTQIA+ friendly, looking for new housemates as the previous Hauptmieters are leaving. I'm the housemate who always cooks and feeds everyone. It would be nice to find warm and friendly housemates who are mostly or fully vegetarian or vegan. I would prefer applicants over 30. I am not looking for a Zweck-WG vibe.

About your income and your SCHUFA (request now) : I am looking for Hauptmieters to apply with me to take over the lease from housemates who are leaving. Personally, I am not interested in what you earn. But the landlord will reject anyone with low income and bad credit. So please do not apply if you don’t meet these requirements. Ugh, I hated having to write that!
