We have a bright, cozy 17 sqm room available in our shared flat near Hermannplatz, located at the beginning of Karl-Marx-Straße. The room faces the street and comes with access to a small balcony, which is shared with the adjoining room.
The room is furnished, but if you prefer, the furniture can be stored in the basement. The flat has beautiful wooden floors and freshly renovated walls, which we updated when we moved in last May.
