Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen). Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank, Lampen - alles vorhanden. Es ist 24qm groß und hat eine Südausrichtung und Dielenboden. Es grenzt nicht direkt an ein anderes Zimmer der WG an und ist somit ruhig. Wir gehen zwar ganz gern mal Feiern, sind zu Hause aber ohnehin ziemlich rücksichtsvoll, sodass Lärm bei uns noch nie ein Thema war.
Wichtig: Für den Zeitraum der Untervermietung besteht keine Möglichkeit einer behördlichen Anmeldung an dieser Adresse, da die eigentliche Mieterin des Zimmers weiterhin hier gemeldet ist und unser Vermieter keine zusätzliche Wohnungsgeberbestätigung ausstellen wird. Dies tut mir ausgesprochen leid, da es den Kreis der potentiellen Untermieter*innen vermutlich deutlich einschränkt. Solltest du eine Anmeldung benötigen, ist dieses Inserat für dich leider nicht relevant.

The room is rented furnished (as shown in the photos). Bed, desk and wardrobe, lamps - everything is available. It is 24 square meters and has a south orientation and wooden floors. It is not directly adjacent to another room in the shared apartment and is therefore quiet. We do enjoy good parties and going out, but we're pretty considerate at home anyway, so noise has never been an issue for us.
Important:
During the sublet period, it will not be possible to register your residence at this address, as the regular tenant fo this room remains officially registered here and our landlord will not issue an additional housing confirmation. I sincerely regret this, as it likely limits the pool of potential subtenants. If you require official registration, this listing unfortunately won't be relevant for you.
Die Wohnung ist im Schillerkiez gelegen, einen Block vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Im Winter ist es ruhig in dieser Gegend und auch im Sommer befinden wir uns zum Glück nicht unmittelbar in der Einflugschneise zum Feld, sodass wir die wochenendlichen Völkerwanderungen aus sicherer Distanz beobachten können.

The apartment is located in the Schillerkiez neighborhood, just one block from Tempelhofer Feld. In winter, the area is quiet, and even in summer, we are fortunately not directly in the flight path to the field, so we can observe the weekend crowds from a safe distance.
Wir pflegen eine gute Mischung zwischen Austausch und Privatsphäre. Unser Verhältnis ist freundschaftlich und dennoch macht jeder im Alltag sein eigenes Ding. Wenn jemand von uns Freunde zum Essen einlädt, sitzt der Rest der WG gern auch mal mit am Tisch.
Ich (William, 36) habe im letzten Jahr mein Philosophie-Studium abgeschlossen, arbeite derzeit noch im sozialen Bereich und mache eine Ausbildung zum Konflikt-Mediator. Mein große Leidenschaft ist meine Plattensammlung, meine Hobbies sind Klettern und Yoga. Anya (29) arbeitet im home office für einen Internationalen Konzern im Bereich Human Resources. Ihre Leidenschaft ist die Photographie, ihre Hobbies das Tanzen und das Flanieren. Ursprünglich kommt sie aus Russland, sie hat zudem die israelische Staatsbürgerschaft.
