Hello, I´m subletting my room in Hermannplatz- Neukölln - priority for FLINTA+.
from the 17th of march until the 17th of May ( Flexible dates, it can also be days after, in between or before those dates)
The room: quite big with all that u need to have for a cozy time in Neukölln, bed, clothes rack, little futon, record player, desk, plants -that I´ll be super glad if you can water every now and then but if not, my flat mate can take care of this-
here is also a cute winter garden ( it is a closed balcony with windows) facing the Kottbusser Damm .
Between my room and Mary's there is a door (closed ofc, each room has their own door to the hallway), we have the kind of agreement of not being too loud during the week after 10 pm meaning loud music and stuff, we both work early sometimes but just common sense/ respect basis , but beside that it's very chill during the day and night.
Small Bathroom with all you need, small Kitchen with space to hang out. We are in general a quiet WG, sometimes we have friends over for cooking, drinks, little party but not every week. We all cook almost everyday at home and everyone does their own life :)
** I ask for a deposit of 200 that you will get back as soon as you leave the room as it was given to you, I'll leave some books, record player and sewing machine but you will have all the space for your things and to feel at home.
we speak Spanish and English :)
