Meine Mitbewoherin zieht jetzt sehr bald aus und wir suchen jemand neues! Wir leben hier in einer großen Altbauwohnung mit insg drei Zimmern, sodass eins davon als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird - ein kl. Luxus in Berlin ;-) Dein Zimmer ist ca 15qm groß. Dazu gibt es noch einen Südbalkon.
Ich bin selbstständig kreativ tätig und arbeite viel von zuhause, von daher wünsche ich mir jetzt keine Party-WG. Ein geselliges WG Leben habe ich aber schon gern, wo man mal zusammen kocht oder sich einfach mal aufn Bier/Wein zusammensetzt und daher philosophiert - auch gern mal die ein oder andere Party :) Habe bereits in vielen WGs in ganz Deutschland gelebt, so würde ich mich jetzt mal als sehr toleranten Mitbewohner bezeichnen.

Beste Kreuzkölln-Lage. Alles was du brauchst, ist vor Tür, wirklich alles! Daher ist es auch nicht die ruhigste Gegend :)
