Ich suche nach einem WG Zimmer in Bezirken wie Prenzlauer Berg/Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg/Neukölln oder auch weiter draussen, etwas ruhiger und biete mein grosses WG Zimmer in Neukölln zum Tausch an. Es hat schöne hohe Altbau Decken, liegt mitten in Neukölln in einer coolen belebten Gegend und ist super günstig.

I'm looking for a WG room in districts like Prenzlauer Berg/Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg/Neukölln or further out, somewhere a bit quieter, and I'm offering my large WG room in Neukölln for exchange. It has beautiful high ceilings in an old building, is located right in the middle of Neukölln in a cool, lively area, and is super affordable.
U7, M41, M43 und einige andere Busse sind in 2 min Fussweg erreichbar. Man ist wirklich superschnell überall wo man hin möchte. Ausserdem hat man die Neukölln Arkaden quasi vor der Haustür in denen es jedes Geschäft gibt dass man brauchen könnte... Soll es nur mal eine kurze Besorgung sein ist auch ein Lidl 2 min vom Haus entfernt. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist ungefähr 7 min mit dem Fahrrad. Die parallel Strasse ist die Weserstr. mit unendlich vielen Kneipen und Bars. Die Lage ist also optimal.

U7, M41, M43, and several other buses are just a 2-minute walk away, so you can get anywhere super quickly. Plus, the Neukölln Arcaden shopping center is practically on your doorstep, offering every store you might need. If you just need to grab something quickly, there’s also a Lidl just 2 minutes from the house. Tempelhofer Feld is about a 7-minute bike ride away. The parallel street is Weserstraße, full of endless bars and pubs. So, the location is pretty ideal.
Wir sind eine sehr kontaktfreudige WG aber haben alle zu tun und geben uns Freiraum wenn wir ihn brauchen. Wenn du also gerne etwas Zeit für dich hast ist das kein Problem. Am Wochenende essen wir gerne mal zusammen zu Abend oder gehen auf Konzerte etc. Insgesamt ein super entspanntes WG Leben!

We are a very friendly WG, but everyone has their own things going on, and we respect each other’s space. So, if you like having time for yourself, that’s totally fine. On weekends, though, we enjoy having dinner together or going to concerts. Overall, it’s a super relaxed WG life.
