The house is located directly on the Weigandufer. Although it is not far to the rugged sun alley, the environment is rather quiet and somewhat rural. The room is the larger in a 2 bedroom apartment. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und ist daher sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem hell. Es ist gemütlich mit schönen alten Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Ausserdem gehört zu dem Zimmer ein kleiner Balkon, auf dem auch Platz zum Sitzen ist. Und natürlich darf hier auch gepflanzt werden.

Ich bin im Sommer viel draussen und oft in meinem Garten. Ich wünsche mir eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die sich hier wohlfühlt und die Wohnung genauso wertschätzt wie ich. Mir ist wichtig, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird, auch nicht auf dem Balkon.

Auch wenn ich viel unterwegs sein werde, freue ich mich auf Treffen in der Küche bei Kaffee oder auch gemeinsam zu essen.
