3 private rooms in large apartment on Maybachufer 3 eigene Zimmer in großer Wohnung am Maybachufer

I rent my apartment directly on Maybachufer, as I will have traveled professionally. The apartment is large (100sqm) and bright and is equipped with everything you need. Your part of the apartment ordered from a large bedroom with a 1,60m bed and workstation, an extra dressing room and chamber (not shown) and an equally large living and dining room with beamer, DJ equipment etc., all of which can be used. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with my roommate. He is very sweet and quiet and usually work anyway, so you won't get much of him.

In the vicinity of the apartment there are everything you need: various supermarkets, two minutes walk to the bus (e.g. M29), ten minutes walk to the U8, countless restaurants and bars and, of course, the beautiful Maybachufer.

900€ are included for everything: high-speed internet, additional costs etc.

Cabinets etc. are naturally cleared when moving in, I will store all personal items so that you have enough space.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with my roommate. He is very kind and quiet and mostly works, so you won’t really notice him much.

In the area around the apartment, you’ll find everything you need: various supermarkets, a two-minute walk to the bus (e.g. M29), a ten-minute walk to U8, countless restaurants and bars, and of course, the beautiful Maybachufer.

900€ covers everything: high-speed internet, utilities, etc.

The cabinets and other furniture will of course be cleared out when you move in, and I will store my personal items so that you have enough space.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung direkt am Maybachufer unter, da ich beruflich verreist sein werde. Die Wohnung ist groß (100qm) und hell und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Dein Teil der Wohnung bestellt aus einem großen Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,60m Bett und Arbeitsplatz, einem extra Ankleideraum und Kammer (nicht abgebildet) und einem ebenso großen Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Beamer, DJ-Equipment usw., das alles gerne verwendet werden darf. Badezimmer und Küche werden gemeinsam mit meinem Mitbewohner geteilt. Er ist sehr lieb und ruhig und meist sowieso arbeiten, du wirst von ihm also nicht viel mitbekommen.

Im Umfeld der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht: Diverse Supermärkte, zwei Gehminuten zum Bus (z. B. M29), zehn Gehminuten zur U8, unzählige Restaurants und Bars und natürlich das schöne Maybachufer.

900€ sind für alles inklusive: Highspeed-Internet, Nebenkosten etc.

Schränke usw. werden natürlich beim Einzug freigeräumt, die ganzen persönlichen Gegenstände werde ich verstauen, damit du ausreichend Platz hast.
