The room is in a beautiful and renovated apartment in a old building in Berlin Neukölln. Calm and cosy place. The room is cosily furnished.
Bushaltestelle für 104, 166 und 171 vor der Tür, nächste S-Bahn Station ist Treptower Park, nächste U-bahn Station Rathhaus Neukölln; in 2 min ist man am Kanalufer, ganz in der Nähe ist auch der Treptower Park und Görlitzer Park; viele schöne Ecken drumherum, zb Kunger-Kiez, Kanalufer, Weserstr... Supermarkt in 3 Gehminuten: Netto, Nahkauf, Edeka, andere sind auch nicht weit; Bäckerei direkt unten drunter.

The house is close to the Kanal (Kielufer) and 5 minutes to Treptower Park and Görlitzer Park as well. A bus station is directly in front of the house, supermarkets are in 3 minute walking distance.
Wir haben eine Katze und Pflanzen im Zimmer. Die Pflanzen müssten gelegentlich mit gegossen werden, bitte nur verantwortungsvolle Personen.
Sauberkeit ist wichtig da zweite Person im Haus mit Stauballergie & bei Abreise sollte es selbstverständlich sauber sein, sonst würde ich eine Reinigungsgebühr von der Kaution abziehen.

Important:
We have a cat and plants in the room. If my flatmate is traveling, there will responsibility for the cat. The plants need water from time to time. Please contact only if you´re responsible in this and enjoying spending time with cats.
The apartment is nice and cosy. Cleanlineness is important because one persone in the house has dust allergy and it should be clean on the day of departure of course, if not I would withhold an amount as cleaning charge from the deposit.
