This district of Berlin is one of the quieter and very green parts of Berlin. The environment is well kept and very safe. Free parking is available.
As usual in Berlin there are all shopping possibilities (NETTO in ca. 6 min. on foot, EDEKA and LIDL in 7 min.) nearby. Of course, restaurants, snack bars and late-night shops, which have also opened longer.
The public transport connections are good. In about 8 min. walking distance is the station S Baumschulenweg (S8, S9, S41, S42, S45, S46, S47, S85) or the S Köllnische Heide (S41, S45, S46, S47, Bus M41 and 341).
The following destinations are easy to reach from one of the two S-Bahn stations:
• 6 min. (3 stations, directly) to the Ostkreuz with changeover possibilities to everywhere,
• 7 min. (3 stations, direct) to Hermannplatz (U8, U7),
• 16 min (6 stops, direct) Airport Schönefeld (International)

The apartment is located directly on the town district border of the popular multi-cultural district Neukölln. The Sonnenallee is only a 5-minute walk away, and the M41 runs from there around the clock in just 10 minutes to the coveted Neuköllner scene area. Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain with all their hotspots are also not far away.
By car the connection is very good. The city motorway (A113, A100), as well as important access roads (B 96a) are to be reached shortly.

Dieser Ortsteil Berlins gehört zu den ruhigeren und sehr grünen Teilen Berlins. Die Umgebung ist gepflegt und sehr sicher. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.
Wie üblich in Berlin gibt es sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (NETTO in 6 Minuten Fußweg, EDEKA und LIDL in 7 min.) in der Nähe. Ebenso natürlich Restaurants, Imbissläden und Spätverkaufsläden, die auch länger geöffnet haben.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen sind gut. In ca. 8 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am S-Bahnhof Baumschulenweg (S8, S9, S41, S42, S45, S46, S47, S85) oder am S-Bahnhof Köllnische Heide (S41, S45, S46, S47, Bus M41 und 341).
Folgende Ziele sind gut zu erreichen von einem der beiden S-Bahnhöfe:
