Hallo an Alle!
Ich vermiete mein 25m2, sehr schönes Zimmer in einer tollen 2er WG.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig für zwei Leute und hat ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Blick in einen eigenen großen Garten nach Süden, der in die Prinzessinengärten (ehemaliger Friedhof) schaut. Super ruhig und grün, man vergisst fast in Berlin zu sein :) Zwischen Tempelhofer Feld und S-bahn Leinestr. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit sehr hohen Decken und Dielenboden.
Über uns
Wir sind in unseren 30ern und somit keine Studi-WG mehr, aber auch keine Zweck-WG. Wir arbeiten von zu Hause aus und essen gerne mal was zusammen, machen zusammen Musik, gehen mal zusammen raus etc.

Hello everyone!
I’m renting out my 25m², very beautiful room in an amazing 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment is very spacious for two people and has a lovely living room with a view of a large private south-facing garden, which looks out onto the Prinzessinnengärten (a former cemetery). It’s super quiet and green—you almost forget you’re in Berlin :) It’s located between Tempelhofer Feld and the S-Bahn station Leinestraße. The apartment is in an old building with very high ceilings and wooden floorboards.
About us: We’re in our 30s, so this isn’t a student flatshare, but it’s not a purely functional one either. We work from home and enjoy eating together, making music, going out together now and then, etc.
