The room is spacious and sunny, with two large windows (south) overlooking a park (St. Jacobi Friedhof/Prinzessinnengärten). It's newly equipped with a large wardrobe, a bed (1.40m), a couch and chests of drawers.
We have a separate shared dining/office room with a large wooden table which can be used as a desk and for dinners.
The apartment has a large kitchen connected to a super sunny balcony towards the park. The bathroom is also very spacious and has a large bath tub/shower.
Located right between Tempelhofer Feld, Schillerkiez and S&U Hermannstraße. You reach S-Bahn and U-Bahn in about 2 minutes walking. Warthestraße is a fairly calm street, but it's right next to Hermannstraße and you're super close to everything you need (Bars, Cafés, Supermarkets etc.). Tempelhofer Feld is not even 5 minutes by bike away.
We're a very friendly WG. We appreciate open and honest conversations, mutual respect and inspiration, cooking together whenever it suits us, but giving each other space at the same time. Cleaning after yourself and sharing the housework should be self-explanatory for everyone. Both of the flatmates have jobs and occasionally work from home.
No couples, only one person can rent the room.
