The room is fully furnished, so it is perfect for someone who has recently arrived in Berlin and doesn’t have many belongings/furniture. The room Is available for the four month period February -May.
Very near to u-bahn and s-bahn stops Neukölln and Hermannstrasse, you can reach any place in Berlin in a very short time. Lots of bars and a lovely garden in the area. At 10 mins walking time to Tempelhof airport.
You will live with my housemate, in his early thirties, Italian, who works in Friedrichshain, a really easygoing person!
The room is available for the period I am not in Berlin, which is exactly four months. As it’s my own flat, it is super equipped with anything you might need, especially the kitchen! On the other hand if you have to bring a lot of furniture and belongings this would not be the right place because there’s no place to store them.
