The room is about 17 m*2 big, without the balcony (which is about 2 extra square meters). Its very bright, unlike the pictures because it’s dark lol. The balcony is quite cosy and the room is in a good condition if you consider that the flat already exists for some years.

The WG is located on the fifth floor (a lot of families and some WGs), few meters from the Goetheplatz. You’ll find enough possibilities for grocery shopping, such as REWE (3 min) and ALDI and LIDL (10 mins) by foot. The central station is easily walkable (around 10 mins) – if you don´t want to walk you can directly take the bus or the tram from the station Lessingstraße which will take you to the city, university or elsewhere.

We thought that it might be funny to describe each other. The following is written by Leon about Yumi:
You will live with Yumi, 22 years old. On a “normal” day, she’s getting up around 10.30 (she’s going to bed around 2.30am though) and waking up her roommates with her legendary “rise and shine” and has her first coffee. Next, she’s taking a shower and washing her freshly coiffed hair (very important!). On the way back from the bathroom her phone is ringing for the first time (videocalls, you know...). During the corona-semester, she’s then attending to her duties at the desk: law lectures (ideal case: philosophy of law). Her real leasures consist of music (classical music, k-pop and kay one (If you don’t know him - check him out!)), a good book and her social environment. For lunch, if you’re nice, you’ll get some korean curry (with potatoes and apples) and a good glass of red wine (Primitivo!).
To be wholeheartedly honest: Yumi is a very kind, considerate and calm person, that I (Leon) am buddy-buddy with for some time already and that I live together for 8 months now.
We thought that it might be funny to describe each other. The following is written by Yumi about Leon:
You will live with Leon (25 y.o.), who is a very open-minded guy. He is our main tenant right now, so you can count on that he will attach your light bulbs very professionally and that he will always keep your heater warm. If you meet Leon in the kitchen in the evening drinking a glass of wine or Pastis, following situations might occur:
1. Leon is raging about capitalism.
2. Leon will tell you about his work day, but in a very funny way.
3. You’ll learn some new interesting facts about random mountains in Germany.
4. You’ll find yourself deeper in the conversation about one of his lectures than you ever have been in one of your own.
All that can (but doesn’t have to) lead to a longer talk. Of course there are some nights where we cook or just drink something together, but that seems to be the standard in the flats nowadays 😉
Leon is an empathic and helpful person, but also in need of harmony. Important are his nap-times, the reading times (especially French literature) and of course the silent times among all the bullshit-talking.
And these last paragraphs are from all of us:
We guess that you wonder where the description of our 3rd roommate is, but we need to disappoint you. It's not missing because we don´t like her, it's missing because she will move out too in the next time. So she is not as involved as we are in the future of our flat, which is super understandable of course.
There are a few things that are really important to us: We would like to maintain the flat clean. We enjoy wine and other drinks but we don't party every month and we definitley don’t want to live with nationalistic, misanthropic people that share these values.

Hamudy might leave some of his furniture, that you could buy eventually. But lets discuss that in person :)
Since Hamudy is moving out quite spontaneously (because he got accepted in Berlin) we need to cast as soon as possible. You can write us here (WG-Gesucht) or via WhatsApp. It would be nice if you could include some words about you too. Then we will reply to you and we can look for a date to visit the flat and so on.
