The price 500€ is for 1 month.

The room is very big and spacious and cozy — I decorated it myself, so it is fluffy and pinterest-like 😄
There is a balcony as well. The bed is very high and comfortable and wide.
There are some plants here, too. If you need to work or study, I also leave you an office chair and a monitor.

Kitchen is modern, we have a dishwasher and a microwave and the oven.

Bathroom is big and spacious, with a bath tub.

Overall, flat is beautiful and cozy.

Perfect location! Just 7 min from S-bahn that takes you to the center in 20-25 minutes. There is also a tram 12 min from here.

There are some cafes nearby, a big shopping mall in 8-9 minutes walk with a huge Kaufland and Edeka Center.

There is a river not far from the flat with a beach.

Two of the flatmates are Russian girls (including me, but i am leaving), and a Ukrainian boy. We are very friendly :)

All internationals are welcome!
This is a calm WG, so please no people who are party-goers and who like to spend the nights out.

We sleep here at nights, because in the daytime we all are working :)
