Ob du nach einem langen Tag einfach mal entspannen möchtest oder Lust auf gesellige Abende mit deinen Mitbewohnern hast – hier gibt es genug Platz für beides. Die große Couch, der Esstisch und viel Freiraum laden dazu ein, gemeinsam zu kochen, Filme zu schauen oder einfach entspannt zusammenzusitzen. Es wird überlegt, das Wohnzimmer auch zu vermieten. Dann würde sich deine Miete auch verringern.

The apartment offers not only your private room but also a huge common room/living area where you can truly spread out! Whether you want to relax after a long day or enjoy social evenings with your roommates, there’s plenty of space for both. The large couch, dining table, and open space invite you to cook together, watch movies, or just hang out in comfort. The living room might be rented out later on. Then your rent would be reduced.

The apartment is well-equipped and provides lots of comforts. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything a hobby chef could need. The bathroom is spacious and modern as well.

The location is fantastic: everything you need is nearby—supermarkets, cafés, and the Spree river are just a short walk away. Public transport connections are also excellent, so you can quickly get anywhere in the city.

Lage

Die WG in der Fennstraße Berlin befindet sich im südöstlichen Teil Berlins im Stadtteil Niederschöneweide, welcher zum Bezirk Treptow-Köpenick gehört. Die Lage bietet eine angenehme Mischung aus städtischer Infrastruktur und ruhigen, grünen Ecken, ideal für Menschen, die einerseits die Nähe zur Natur schätzen, aber auch gut angebunden leben möchten.

Verkehrsanbindung:
Die Fennstraße liegt in der Nähe der S-Bahn-Station Schöneweide, von der aus du schnell ins Zentrum Berlins gelangst. Mit der S8, S9, und S85 bist du in ca. 20 Minuten am Alexanderplatz oder am Ostkreuz. Auch Busse und Straßenbahnen verbinden die Umgebung gut mit anderen Teilen der Stadt.

Freizeit & Umgebung:
In unmittelbarer Nähe fließt die Spree, die zu entspannten Spaziergängen oder sportlichen Aktivitäten am Wasser einlädt. WG-Leben

Im WG Leben legen wir viel Wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, in der jeder nur für sich lebt – uns ist es wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen und ab und zu gemeinsame Abende miteinander verbringen, sei es beim Kochen, Filme schauen oder einfach gemütlich quatschen. Dabei muss natürlich niemand ständig verfügbar sein, aber das WG-Leben soll sich einfach angenehm und entspannt anfühlen.

Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir alle respektvoll miteinander umgehen und offen kommunizieren. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind uns ebenfalls wichtig, damit sich jeder in der Wohnung wohlfühlt. Wir suchen also jemanden, der gut zu uns passt, mit dem wir auf einer Wellenlänge sind, und der Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben hat – ohne Zwang, aber auch ohne aneinander vorbeizuleben.

In our shared apartment, we place great importance on living together harmoniously. We’re not just a "functional" WG where everyone lives for themselves – it’s important to us that we get along well and occasionally spend evenings together, whether it’s cooking, watching movies, or just having a cozy chat. Of course, no one is expected to be available all the time, but the WG life should feel comfortable and relaxed.

It’s also important to us that we treat each other with respect and communicate openly. Cleanliness and order matter to us too, so that everyone feels comfortable in the apartment. We’re looking for someone who fits well with us, is on the same wavelength, and enjoys a communal WG life – without pressure, but also without living past one another.

Currently lives here:
Maurice (ich)- I studied social work and I just moved in the flat 3 months ago. I work in Berlin but I’m also usually up for common activities. I like cycling, hiking, playing board games and pubs. And discovering new activities.
Anya: She lives here for a longer time and she’s from Ukraine. Currently she is in Asia for vacation.
