ich bin der Eigentümer dieser schönen, komplett möblierten Wohnung im Kaskelkiez, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Ostkreuz in Friedrichshain entfernt, und würde gerne 1-2 Zimmer an vertrauenswürdige Mitbewohner*innen vermieten.

Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern; das kleinste werde ich selbst nutzen, da ich oft auf Reisen bin. Zur Vermietung stehen ein größeres Zimmer mit 20 m² und ein kleineres mit 15 m².

Mir ist wichtig, eine vertrauensvolle und entspannte Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Bad angenehm genutzt werden können und jede*r den eigenen privaten Bereich genießen kann.

I am the owner of the apartment and would like to share with others 1-2 rooms of this very beautiful and fully furnished apartment in the lovely Kaskelkiez just 5 min walk from Ostkreuz Friedrichshain.

The apartment is composed of three rooms from them I will keep the smallest one as i will be traveling most of the time and would like to rent the bigger room of 20 mq and the smaller room of 15 m2.

The room of 20 m2 -> all inclusive 740,00 euro/month

If you are two friends looking each of you for a WG, please tell me so I can consider it and you apply for both rooms. It´s very important we create a trusty and friendly atmosphere with people sharing the common places such as kitchen and bathroom and enjoy their private room.

Some things important to know:
- it is possible to make the anmeldung for people intend to stay more than 6 months
- minimum stay 3 months, after that we can discuss and you can stay longer
- only one person per room, no couples
- people should have a resident permit for Germany or a european Passport
-the room is fully equipment with all necessary you do not need to bring furniture or big stuff

- TV with amazon firestick , a folder desk for studying , a nice corner with two wintage chairs great for having a tea reading a book and enjoying the amazing view from Allianz building and garden.
- Ikea sofa bed, which can be used as a single bed 80x200 or 160x200, inclusive cleaned covers , towels, pillows etc.
- A modern stylish open wardrobe with USB socket and a big mirror.

Common areas:
Kitchen , fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher machine, espresso machine and more...
Bathroom, practical , with a rain shower and shower box.

I am trying to create a WG where people can find good with each other, chill and each can have their privacy and relaxed moments. No party place, but for sure a great place for them looking chill and cozy in a very good location.
