We are looking for a co-main renter to take over my room from 15.08, there are two main renters and two sub-renters. The main renters must earn a combination of 3x the overall rent, which is why unfortunately you must earn at least 1400 netto (after tax) to be considered for the rent contract, the landlord is very specific about this.
Furnished room with anmeldung, unlimited contract, 10 minutes walking from HTW Uni with a large park (Wuhlheide) nearby.
Unfortunately, as I am leaving the country I do need the next renter to commit to buying the following furniture:

The room has a double bed and lots of light, a large garden in the courtyard and 3 lovely housemates. (2 guys from chile and 1 german girl).
The Flat
-Duplex Flat : 2 rooms above and 2 rooms below, connected via a flight of stairs from the kitchen. The second level is accessible via the stairs through the kitchen or the main staircase outside of the apartment.
Main bathroom and kitchen are on the lower level, there is also a second toilet upstairs near your room.
-In the monthly rent of 275€ all other misc costs are already included(internet, Gez,electricity,Gas) .
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone tidy, prepared to talk about any issues before they become problems and with a positive attitude!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Stadteil Oberschöneweide.
Die HTW ist somit nur ein Katzensprung entfernt, wodurch die Wohnung sich super für Studenten eignet!
Wenn es dich ans Wasser oder in den Wald zieht, sind Spree und Wuhlheide jeweils 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
Späti und schnelles Essen sind auch gesichert!
Lidl und Penny sind in ganz in der Nähe.
Die Tramstation ist 5 min zu erreichen und mit ihr ist man in ungefähr 5 min an der S-Bahnhaltestelle Schöneweide mit Einkaufscenter! Von dort ist man in nur 10 min am Ostkreuz oder Neukölln.
The Apartment is located in the Oberschöneweide district.
The HTW ist literally a stone throw's away(or cat's jump) Perfect for non morning people with morning classes and sprints home when youve left your brain in bed.
If you feel the call of the wilds and water, the green expanses of wuhlheide is near and so is the river Spree. Greenery and open skies,perfect for joggers!
Döners, Springrolls and other fast foods abound and not one but 3 options to get your groceries! Lidl, Netto and Penny are all within walking distance.
5 min and you're at the tramstation which takes you to S bahn Schöneweide in about 5 min, where there's a shopping centre and Kaufland! From there it's a mere 10 min to Ostkreuz or Neuköln.
