Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hat hohe decken. Da die Wohnung auf der Südlichen Seite ist, wird das Zimmer von Licht durchflutet. In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und ein Schrank, den du mitbenutzen kannst :)
The room is very cozy and has high ceilings. Since the apartment is on the south side, the room is flooded with light. The room has a bed, a desk and a closet that you can use aswell :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen dem beliebten Viertel, Prenzlauer Berg und dem Familienfreundlichen Bezirk, Pankow. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten einkaufen zu gehen, wie z.B Aldi der nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. In weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß bist du in Prenzlauer Berg und kannst dort gut essen gehen und im Mauerpark spazieren gehen. Auch süße Läden gibt es dort zu entdecken. Man ist hier auch super angebunden, die U-Bahn Station ist fast direkt vor der Haustür und auch die Tram hast du hier in 3 Minuten erreicht. 🤍
The apartment is located between the popular district, Prenzlauer Berg and the family-friendly district, Pankow. There are many options for shopping, such as Aldi which is only a 2 minute walk away. In less than 10 minutes by foot you can be in Prenzlauer Berg where you can have a good meal and take a walk in Mauerpark. There are also cute shops to discover there. You're also very well connected here, the subway station is almost right on your doorstep and you can also reach the tram in 3 minutes.

Ich würde mich als extrovertiert, offen, ordentlich und liebevoll beschreiben. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich mich gerne mit meinen Freunden, koche gerne oder lieg einfach in meinem Bett und ruh mich aus. Ansonsten mache ich auch gerne Pilates und gehe gerne in Cafés.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die genauso ordentlich ist wie ich und mit der man gut kommunizieren kann!
Mir ist wichtig, dass man immer alles ansprechen kann und das beide Seiten sich an die Regeln halten, welche wären:
1. Ruhezeit zwischen 22 Uhr Abends und 6 Uhr Morgens
2. Nach dem Essen wird direkt abwaschen, da wir leider keinen Geschirrspüler haben
3. Geteilte Räume (Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer) werden sauber hinterlassen🤍
You will live together with me, Naboo :) I would describe myself as extroverted, open, orderly and loving. In my free time I like to meet up with my friends, cook or just lie in my bed and rest. Otherwise, I also like doing Pilates and going to cafés. I'm looking for a roommate who is as tidy as me and who is easy to communicate with! It's important to me that you can always discuss everything and that both sides stick to the rules, which would be: 1. Rest time between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m 2. Wash up immediately after eating, as unfortunately we don't have a dishwasher 3. Shared rooms (kitchen, bathroom, living room) are left clean🤍
