Dear All,
I am looking for a new flatmate. I come from Portugal, already living in Berlin for some years. It's a old building that has been renovated and has very good transport connections - the closest sbahn is 6 minutes walking distance: Sbahn - Wilhelmsruh. Bus stop is 1 minute away. If you are looking for a nice & calm area with a lot of green surroundings, this is the right neighbourhood to live in :).
The total rent is 600€ (warm) which means it's all inclusive in the price. I am looking for someone that doesn't party so much as I am a full time employee and I do need to have a calm atmosphere at home. Also someone that shares with me the cleaning WG duties.
Important to mentioned: from 23h00 - 06h00 the kitchen can't be used.
