Wir suchen 2 nette Untermieter für 2 Zimmer im Zeitraum von März bis August 2025.
Einmal ein kleineres mit ca. 14m^2 und Fenster zum Hof raus. (600€)
Das größere hat ca. 20 m^2 und Zugang zum Winterbalkon. (700€)
Kaution: 3 Monatsmieten
Die Zimmer können separat gemietet werden.
Wenn ihr zwei euch schon kennt und gemeinsam in die Untermiete wollt, wäre das natürlich auch machbar.
Vor der Haustür fährt die 27 und ein paar Minuten weiter die M4. So ist man in 25min am Alex oder in 15 min am Ring.
Noch wohnen zwei Frauen in der WG. Wir beide gehen aber auf Reisen und würden unsere schöne, gemütliche Wohnung gerne an zwei nette und sympathische Menschen untervermieten.
Wir sind beide bis August verreist.
Die Untermiete wäre befristet bis Ende August und könnte auch vorher nicht aufgelöst werden. Da wir uns aus dem Ausland nicht um nachfolgende Untermieter kümmern können.
