A room in our cozy shared apartment will be available NOW
You will be moving into a well-located house and plenty of space for collecting stamps, puzzling and doing nothing.
The room is on the second floor, about 20 square meters, in the immediate vicinity of one of the 3 toilets in the house and the garden. On cold days it gets warm quickly thanks to a gas stove. The planned move-in date is the beginning of June. The room is furnished, but you can quickly make yourself comfortable.
What else the house has to offer: an idyllic balcony, which is perfect in the morning with its inviting couch for coffee and cigarettes, or newspapers and beer, just a few steps up or down the stairs and from there you can see our small, overgrown garden. If you're fed up with that, you only have to walk up a few steps to get to the top floor, where you'll find the even bigger and more comfortable roof terrace. The balcony, roof terrace & garden (wonderful) all face the backyard, so you can study, do crafts, solve crossword puzzles, read, hang out, do nothing or sleep off your hangover in peace and quiet. We also have a small vaulted cellar that has been used for one or two parties.
The apartment is located near the Eberswalder Straße subway station. There are several bars, restaurants and Spätis nearby.
The Kulturbrauerei and Mauerpark are not far away and can be reached by subway or bike. you can get anywhere quickly.
