Short-term: Beautiful big furnished room in nice and central 3person-flatshare

The apartment is on the main road. Therefore, it can be quite loud in the room (Oberiridian Ubahn, Tram and Cars), but the connection to public transport and also by bicycle to the city is excellent:
The "Schönhauser Allee" station is located just 10 minutes walk away and offers a connection to the Ringbahn, as well as to various other S-Bahn lines and the U2. There are several tram lines in front of the front door. With the Öffis you come to Alexanderplatz in about 20 minutes.

There are several supermarkets in the area and a shopping mall at the Sbahnstation. Restaurants, Dönerbuden and Spätis within minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße. Darum kann es im Zimmer recht laut werden (Oberiridische Ubahn, Tram und Autos), dafür ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und auch mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt aber exzellent:
Die Station "Schönhauser Allee" ist knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß gelegen und bietet eine Anbindung an die Ringbahn, sowie an diverse weitere S-Bahn-Linien und an die U2. Quasi vor der Haustür fahren mehrere Trambahnlinien. Mit den Öffis kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz.

Einkaufstechnisch gibt es in der Umgebung mehrere Supermärkte und ein Einkaufszentrum an der Sbahnstation. Restaurants, Dönerbuden und Spätis in wenigen Minuten Laufweite.

Du ziehst in eine freundliche Zweck-WG. Deine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen (30 und 21) arbeiten Vollzeit und sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Das Zusammenleben ist also relativ ruhig und wir hoffen, dass Du Dich in den Abendstunden auch ruhig verhältst.

Wir sind recht sesshaft und definitiv keine Party-WG. Freunde einzuladen ist kein Problem, solange es den Alltag des anderen nicht beeinträchtigt.

Wir haben einen sehr klaren Putzplan und bitten Dich, während Deines Aufenthalts einen Putzdient in einem der Gemeinschaftsräumen zu übernehmen. Außerdem bitten wir Dich nach dem Kochen oder Essen zügig aufzuräumen und den Abwasch relativ flott (nach spätestens ein bis zwei Tagen) zu erledigen. Darüber hinaus haben wir einen Geschirrspüler ;-)

You move into a friendly, functional shared flat. Your two flatmates (30 and 21) work full-time and speak German and English. Living together is therefore relatively quiet and we hope that you will also behave quietly in the evenings.

We are quite settled and definitely not a party-flatshare. Inviting friends is no problem as long as it doesn't interfere with each other's daily lives.

We have a very clear cleaning schedule and will ask you to take one common room cleaning task during your stay. We also expect you to clean up any mess after cooking or eating and to do the dishes promptly, within one to two days at the most. We also have a dish washer, so there will just be the big parts left over to do by hand ;)
