After 4 years, I am moving out of my cozy room with a big private terrace, perfect for chilling with friends, a glass of wine under the moonlight, and fresh air. The apartment has some cool and international flatmates who are super friendly and are a mixture of working-class and students.
--2 min to tram-- direction S and U Bahn Pankow, and also go through Berlin Mitte and all the major tourist places in Berlin.
--4 min walk to the supermarket (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Denn's, and Netto nearby for groceries).
The major mall is 10 minutes away for additional shopping with the tram.
--5 mins walk to Schlosspark
--10 mins walk to Bürgerpark
The room and balcony come with furniture, and it's a great setting for dining, brunches, and just hanging out. The room has a working desk perfect for a home office.
I am only looking for a female as the building has a great sisterhood feel. This building is great if you are new to Berlin because you can make friends easily in the building, and we normally party together from time to time or go to the parks and bars together. Also good for privacy and you can invite your friends over with no issues.

Super friendly internationals in the building. Very easy to make some friends if you are new to Berlin or just excited to connect with creatives or academics. We sometimes come together to share some wine and international foods from our countries and a lot of storytelling and debating. We all get along and like each other so this is easy but, of course not mandatory, we all value our privacy as well.
We also have a WhatsApp group where we share things to explore in Berlin, upcoming events that might be of interest, and sometimes go together.
A very cozy and super friendly atmosphere. Everyone is respectful. It is clean, minimalistic, and relatively new. The building is relatively quiet. The neighborhood is very cute and peaceful.
There are also people in the building ready to help if there is a problem and the house management is also very friendly and quick to help.
