In unserer 85 qm-Wohnung mit Garten ist zum 1.4. ein gemütliches, schlicht möbliertes Zimmer mit 20 qm für 720 € monatlich frei. Nähe U Vineta, Schönhauser, Prenzlauer Berg. Wir sind F 55, M 17 und 2 Kaninchen, mit Interesse an Architektur, Bewusstheit und Yoga, IT und Heumümmeln.
Wenn Du es auch eher ruhig magst, trotzdem Musik verträgst und unbedingt ein gesundes Maß an Raum- und Selbsthygiene halten kannst, dann klingt das gut für uns :) Achtung, wegen Zöliakie ist die Küchenhygiene etwas anspruchsvoll. Nichtraucher only.

If you also like it quiet, can still tolerate music and can maintain a healthy level of room- and self-hygiene, then that sounds good to us :) Attention, due to coeliac disease kitchen hygiene is demanding. Non-smokers only.

Wir suchen jemanden, die/der es auch eher ruhig mag, und unbedingt ein gesundes Maß an Raum- und Selbsthygiene halten kann. Wir sind WG-erfahren, auch mit Altersunterschied in jede Richtung. Ich arbeite im Bereich Architektur und Körperarbeit, spiele täglich Gitarre und bin oft im Garten.
Beside us (F 55 and M 17) there are 2 rabbits running free in our livingroom.
We value a relaxed coexistence based on fair and conscious communication, sometimes a bit of socialising or eating together, sometimes retreat. We are looking for someone who also likes it rather quiet, and who can absolutely maintain a healthy level of room and self hygiene. We are WG experienced, also with age difference in any direction. I work in architecture and bodywork, play guitar daily and am often in the garden.
