Big room available in a small WG in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg; cafes, supermarkets, galleries, shops, public transport, everything is within a few strps away.
Initially it is a 6 months trial contract with the possibility to extend indefinitively :)
The room is so spacious that it could host a couple but because of aditional costs such as electricity etc, the price would be slightly higher. For one person the price listed includes all utility expenses as well as the trimestral radio/tv fee.
You will be sharing with me although tbh i am often gone for work so in such weeks you would have the flat for all yourself.
The flat is very well equiped. Your room as well :) The kitchen is all set up for preparing delicious vegan recipes, there is a latte maker, juicer, etc..
