We have a large, fully furnished room available to rent starting in December. Furnishings include a nearly new bed and mattress, extra large wardrobe, desk, couch, coffee table, and chair. The existing furniture does not necessarily need to stay if you have your own.

The building is located on a calm and quiet street, with many supermarkets, parks and transit points within a 10 minute walk - it's a super ideal area. The flat is located on the ground floor with west-facing windows.

Our WG includes a large living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We are a tidy and organized household. The 3 of us have been living together for 4 years, and we are all good friends from the UK, USA and France. 2 of us work from home full time, and each of us work in creative industries. We all love to cook, travel and go out for music / art events.

If you're interested in the room, please tell us a bit about yourself and when you would be available for a showing / interview. We will have a 2 month probation period from December through February to make sure it is a good fit for all. The move in date is slightly flexible, and we do offer Anmeldung as soon as December.
