Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Balkon, von dem aus Du ebenso wie vom Fenster Deines Zimmers aus einen herrlichen Blick hast.
Hello everyone! A room is becoming available in my lovely 2-person flat share, and I'm looking for a new flatmate. The room is bright and spacious with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. It is furnished with a bed, dressers, and a cabinet, so you can move in directly and feel comfortable right away. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and dining together. The bathroom is also very well-maintained and has everything you need. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony from which, as well as from the room's window, you can enjoy a wonderful view of a green area that is exclusively accessible to the building's residents.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Stadtteil Prenzlauer Berg, genauer gesagt in der Wisbyer Straße 27. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt - alles, was man braucht, ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist eine ruhige und saubere Gegend, die ein angenehmes Wohnumfeld garantiert. Du hast hier wirklich alles, was Du brauchst. Supermärkte befinden sich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und es gibt in der Nähe zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Mauerpark mit seinen zahlreichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und schönen Spazierwegen ist ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
The flat is located in the popular Prenzlauer Berg area, specifically at Wisbyer Straße 27. The location is simply perfect – everything you need is within walking distance. It is a quiet and clean area, ensuring a peaceful living environment. You really have everything you need here. Supermarkets are conveniently located right across the street, making grocery shopping incredibly easy. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and public transport options nearby. Mauerpark, with its numerous leisure activities and beautiful walking paths, is also just a short walk away.
Du wirst mit Daniel zusammenwohnen. Daniel ist ein entspannter und unkomplizierter Mensch, der sehr rücksichtsvoll und respektvoll ist. Er kommt ursprünglich aus Essen und hat seinen Master in Peking gemacht – er hat also viele interessante Geschichten zu erzählen! Daniel ist selten zu Hause, da er viel beruflich unterwegs ist, aber wenn er da ist, ist es immer schön, ihn in der Wohnung zu haben. Er macht gerne Musik, treibt Sport und bringt eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre mit. Mit Daniel zusammenzuwohnen bedeutet, Deinen eigenen Raum zu haben, aber gleichzeitig mit jemandem zusammenzuleben, der entspannt und sympathisch ist.

You will be living with Daniel. Daniel is a relaxed and easygoing person who’s super considerate and respectful. He’s originally from Essen and completed his Master’s degree in Beijing, so he has a lot of interesting stories to share! Daniel is rarely home because he travels a lot for work, but when he’s around, it’s always great to have him there. He enjoys making music, staying active with sports, and he’s a calm and pleasant presence in the apartment. Living with Daniel means having your space while sharing with someone who’s laid-back and enjoyable to be around. It’s easy and fun to share a flat with him!
