Hello there!
The room is around 15sqm with a long balcony and it comes with the basics for a stay. The flat (200sqm) is very bright & spacious with an open kitchen, dining and living room - all of them with access to the balcony. There is one bathroom and one guest WC as well as a closet that we share. The access to the flat is through an elevator to the penthouse. All the shared rooms are furnished with quality furniture and utensils. Flat must be always clean and organised.
There is M2 and M10 directly in front of the house. And a great plus: there is a lot of natural light in the flat even during winter times.
About my flatmates: they work and like to have friends over for dinners, are quite chill and good humoured. We speak English, German and Portuguese. More we can talk in person or via facetime.
The contract is initially for this time period and Anmeldung is possible.
