👋 Welcome to our wonderful home! Sadly our lovely Nina is leaving us and we are trying to find another cute soul to join us in our little Prenzlauer Berg heaven. We are an open-minded, queer-friendly WG. You will be living with Martin and Raul.
🏠 Your potential future room is 23 sqm in size and has a charming old plank floor, two large windows and very high ceilings. The room is directly next to our large living and kitchen area. The windows face the street - but don't worry: Chodowieckistraße is very quiet, so you can fall asleep peacefully here and enjoy your privacy. *If you have read this far please start you message with the keyword Banana2025*.
Our 35 sqm living and dining room has direct access to the quiet inner courtyard, creating a cozy common area to share some time. We own the best shower you have ever seen to make your daily routine a spa treatment. Our flat is a little darker because it's on the ground floor. However, you can still really enjoy yourself here.
Hope to hear from you soon! 🫶🏻
The location is excellent! It's the perfect combination of being "close to the action" (Winsstraße, Helmholtzplatz, Kollwitzkiez, Eberswalderstraße, Kulturbrauerei) and quickly reaching green spaces (Volkspark Friedrichshain, Mauerpark). Even the Northern Lights are not far (at the Zeiss Planetarium just around the corner). With the M10, you can reach Hauptbahnhof or Warschauer Straße in 20 minutes. The M2 and M4 will take you to Alexanderplatz within 15 minutes. The Ringbahn is a 12-minute walk away.
🦦 Martin comes from Spain but it’s already his 5th season in this city. He works as Data Scientist in medical data and came here to study Neuroscience. He is a very big music person, DJing in his free time, singing in a choir and playing a couple of music instruments (main love is the saxophone). He has also just started bouldering, completing his transforming into a full PBerger. He loves meeting his friends and enjoying the wonders this city has to offer.
🐧 Raul also comes from Spain. Data Science and AI Master’s Student, currently works at finance. Recently took the gym up since the clubbing season was kind of not meeting the expected criteria. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, grabbing a beer, reading or just plain talking.
We are no longer the biggest party animals but we still go out sometimes
Tell us about yourself, what defines you, and what brings you to the capital. If you want to make a particularly good impression, feel free to share your favorite place in Berlin. We look forward to hearing from you!
